Biography
Dr. Mary Wunnenberg has an extensive clinical background in diverse acute care settings with over 14 years of experience teaching in classroom and clinical settings. Dr. Wunnenberg's scholarship and research focuses on integrating feminist care ethics with colleagues, students and vulnerable patient populations. She works collaboratively with nurse leaders in acute care psychiatric facilities to develop staff development initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes. Her educational research focuses on integrating diverse teaching and evaluation methodologies to enhance student learning in the classroom and clinical setting and faculty mentoring. She has presented at several national and international, nursing and educational conferences.
Dr. Wunnenberg is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Rutgers School of Nursing–Camden. She holds an EdD from the University of Alabama with a focus in Instructional Leadership in Nursing Education and a MSN from Drexel University.
