SecretaryMargo Wallace, DNP, MSN, RN Margo obtained her undergradute degree from Rutgers University-Camden, her MSN in Nursing Education from Drexel University, and her DNP in Nursing Leadership from Touro University Nevada. Margo is an innovatice, outcome driven and client focused nurse with experience in both patient care and nursing leadership. Her previous roles at Rutgers School of Nursing-Camden include Course Assistant, Part Time Lectureer, and Simulation Lab Assistant.

Joseph Cipriano, DNP, APN, FNP-BC Dr. Joseph Cipriano is the Associate Dean of Graduate Programs and Advanced Practice Nursing and a Clinical Assistant Professor. Dr Cipriano is also a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides a wide range of primary health care services to patients of all ages, including infants, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Dr. Cipriano’s clinical practice has focused on the care of patients in underserved areas throughout southern New Jersey. Dr. Cipriano is passionate about providing his primary care knowledge to future nurse practitioners and regularly precepts students throughout the year. In the past five years he has dedicated over 9,600 hours to precepting. Dr. Cipriano is the Primary Investigator (PI) of the HRSA Advanced Nursing Education Nurse Practitioner Residency and Fellowship (ANE-NPRF) Program awarded $2,533,682 over the four year program term. |

Nancy Cresse, DNP, MSN, RN, APRN-BC Nancy Cresse is a clinical assistant professor at Rutgers School of Nursing–Camden and a proud member of the Quality and Safety Education of Nurses International Task Force. Nancy's program of research is focused on improving outcomes in gerontological and adult health, case management, quality and outcomes improvement in community-based elders, and wound care. Before joining the School of Nursing–Camden in 2002, she served in a variety of nurse leader roles including Corporate Director of Case Management at the Kennedy Health System and Director of Health at Cooper University Health Care. |

Eric Gonzalez, BSN, RN Eric Gonzalez currently serves as a squad leader with the Army National Guard and has been an exemplary past president of Rutgers School of Nursing–Camden's Student Nurses' Association. Eric is passionate about senior citizen health education as well as family health services. As a student, he was a dedicated mentor to his fellow nursing students and led the Student Nurses' Association to identify community needs and create ways to finance service learning projects. Eric is member of Sigma Theta Tau International's Eta Mu chapter. |

Greg Gullo, BSN, RN, PCCN Greg Gullo is a progressive care certified nurse at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center (PPMC) in Philadelphia, where he specializes in cardiology. At PPMC, Greg serves as the hospital-wide Professional Development Core Council chair in addition to contributing as a member of his Unit Council, which he chairs beginning in June 2017. Greg was selected as his hospital's Daisy Award winner in March 2017 after being nominated by his patient, and is featured in Penn's Patient-Centered Nurse Report campaign. He is pursuing an MSN in Leadership in Health Systems Management at Drexel University, and recently, his Mobility Project was selected by the Penn Medicine Health System to receive substantial funding in an effort to promote patient mobility after surgery. Greg also serves as co-chair of the RUCSON Charter Alumni Association. |

Latisha Hayes-Gaines, DNP, APRN-BC, CNE Dr. Latisha Hayes-Gaines has over 15 years of nursing experience iin both clinical and academic environments. She received both her BSN and DNP from Rutgers University- Camden. Much of her nursing career has been spent educating nursing students and working in various correctional facilities throughout New Jersey and Georgia. She served as the Regional Dean of Nursing for an LPN program, and a Health Services Administrator for a correctional facility. Prior to joining the faculty of the School of Nursing–Camden, she worked in various roles at Rutgers University–Camden, including research assistant, simulation instructor, lab instructor, course assistant, and adjunct professor. |

Andrew Lampitt, RN, MSN At Cooper University Health Care, Mr. Lampitt is responsible for the strategic recruitment oversight of Nursing, Respiratory therapy and various technician level positions. Focused on collaboration with Universities and Colleges in our region to develop pipelines and help develop mutually beneficial partnerships to improve access for students. He obtained his BSN from Rutgers University Camden in 2015 and began his nursing career as a Trauma ICU and Trauma Admitting nurse. He obtained his Masters of Science in Nursing Leadership in Health in 2022 from The University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Lampitt is a Board member of the Rutgers Camden Nursing Steering Committee and Executive Alumni Council. He has maintained his relationship with the school and have previously served as an adjunct professor at Rutgers-Camden. |

Greg Passanante, RN, BS, BSN, MBA, CNOR At Wills Eye Hospital, Greg Passanante oversees all hospital operations including clinical care, regulatory compliance, operational and capital budgets, patient scheduling, and surgeon block time utilization. Previously, Greg served as the clinical director for perioperative services at Christiana Hospital in Newark, Delaware and was the clinical director for medical/surgical nursing at Penn Presbyterian Hospital. He holds a BS from Rutgers School of Business–Camden, a BSN from Drexel University, and an MBA from Saint Joseph's University. |

Sangita Pudasainee-Kapri, PhD, DNP, RN, FNP-BC, CPN Dr. Pudasainee-Kapri has expertise in an area of interdisciplinary research that integrates child development, public health, and nursing. Along with advanced certification in global health and pediatric nursing, she has a strong background in quantitative analysis of secondary data, using a large, nationally representative sample of children. Her fields of research interest include Disparities in Maternal and Child Health, Pediatric Asthma, Social Determinants of Health, Preterm birth and/or Low Birth Weight, Academic, Developmental Outcomes (i.e., Academic and Socioemotional Competence in children), and Global Health Policy. Along with her interdisciplinary educational and research qualifications, she has more than 12 years of clinical experience working with children and families in both inpatient and outpatient pediatric settings. She recieved her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rutgers School of Nursing-Camden in 2020. |
