Biography

Jennifer Sipe studies the intersection of veteran’s health and homelessness. Ms. Sipe serves Rutgers School of Nursing–Camden as a visiting clinical instructor and is currently an adjunct faculty member at Villanova University. From 2006 until June 2017, she was an assistant professor of nursing at La Salle University’s School of Nursing and Health Sciences. Prior to joining La Salle, she gained 15 years of experience in medical intensive care and cardiac surgical nursing, and held positions in hospital administration and health care consulting. As a nurse practitioner, she has provided primary care services for adolescents, adults, and older adults. In addition, she holds 12 years as a legal nurse consultant to attorneys in matters relating to medical malpractice cases. Ms. Sipe received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from La Salle University. She is pursuing a doctoral degree in health policy at the University of the Sciences.
