Patrick Rodia is an Instructional Design and Technology Specialist at Rutgers University School of Nursing–Camden, supporting simulation-based education across nursing programs. He brings over a decade of experience in healthcare simulation operations, instructional technology, and process improvement, with a focus on designing realistic learning experiences that support clinical decision-making, teamwork, and improved patient outcomes.

Patrick holds an MBA in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Management. His background includes leadership roles in hospital-based simulation, emergency response training, and immersive technology initiatives. His work is informed by educational technology, human factors principles, and operational workflows to support learner success. He is committed to leading thoughtful innovation and continuous improvement to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of educational programs.
