Admission to the RN to BS in Nursing program is accepted for the spring or fall semesters and applicants are not required to write an essay for admission. Students who enroll receive (33) credits for passing the NCLEX and may transfer up to (60) additional credits for previously taken courses.

Application Process
1. Application Category
Most applicants fall into one of the following (2) application categories. Please begin by selecting an application category that best matches your background.
- I have never attended Rutgers University as a matriculated student.
For first-year or transfer students applying to Rutgers University–Camden for the first time. - I was enrolled in a Rutgers University undergraduate degree program.
2. Submit Transcripts
Submit copies of all of your official academic transcripts, including any prerequisite coursework in progress, to the Rutgers University–Camden Office of Admissions. We strongly urge you to submit your transcripts as soon as you have completed an application. Please mail your transcripts directly to:

3. Financial Aid
Rutgers University's Admissions Office provides detailed information about tuition and fees and a wide range of financial aid opportunities available at each of its three campuses.
International Applicants
Rutgers School of Nursing–Camden welcomes applications from international students. For assistance, please contact the Rutgers University–Camden Office for International Admissions.
Program Requirements
Students admitted to the RN to BS in Nursing program must meet the following requirements:
- No minimum GPA required
- Graduation from an accredited associate degree or diploma program
- Current licensure or eligibility to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN)
