The Rutgers School of Nursing–Camden Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program prepares nurses to excel as transformative leaders in healthcare by translating evidence into impactful practice. This innovative program combines the flexibility of online and in-person coursework, empowering students to integrate advanced knowledge into real-world clinical settings. Through the DNP scholarly project, students address pressing healthcare challenges, forging critical professional connections within the Greater Philadelphia Area's vibrant healthcare community. Our graduates advance into meaningful roles across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, driving evidence-based improvements in patient care and systems leadership.

The DNP Scholars Program is available to all out-of-state DNP students who meet the admission requirements and enroll in the DNP Program at Rutgers University-Camden School of Nursing. All DNP Scholars must meet the DNP Program admissions criteria and reside out-of-state. DNP Scholars will be provided with discounted tuition reflective of in-state student rates. Please note: NJ residents are eligible to enroll in the DNP Program and already pay in-state tuition rates.
