Biography
Carlie Ale is the Assistant Director of the Center for Academic Resources, Engagement and Servics (SNC-CARES). She has been a part of the Rutgers School of Nursing-Camden since 2012 and has served in a variety of roles. She first joined the team as a Part Time Lecturer which involved serving as a classroom lecturer and a nursing lab instructor. Carlie spent many years focusing on clinical nursing instruction before she joined the Clinical Operations team where her role shifted to coordinating and securing clinical plans for students within the School of Nursing. She has been a nurse for over 18 years and has gathered experience in many areas throughout that time: however, her passion lies in nursing education and mentoring future nurses. Carlie is known as a nurse's nurse and her primary goal is to enable nursing students to find success as they work to achieve their goals.
