
APPLYING FOR GRADUATION:
If you have completed all of the requirements for graduation, submit your online diploma application through the Registrar’s Office (https://www.ugadmissions.rutgers.edu/Diploma/Login.aspx) during:
January 1- March 31 for a May/June dated degree
Check your class year, major(s), and minor(s) for accuracy. If they need to be changed contact the Registrar’s Office.
ONLY STUDENTS WHO HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED ALL GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY.
FINAL GRADUATION CERTIFICATION
To graduate, you must meet the following degree conditions:
A. Earn a minimum of 30 of the final 42 credits as a regularly enrolled undergraduate at Rutgers Camden including 12 credits in the major.
B. Complete at least 120 credits with a cumulative average of 2.0 or better (C+ or better in nursing courses and a C in required non-nursing courses).
C. Fulfill all general requirements of the college.
D. Fulfill the specific requirements of a major program.
E. Discharge all academic, disciplinary, and financial obligations to the university
MINORS
Minors must be indicated on the online diploma application. Contact the Registrar’s Office to have minors noted correctly on your academic record. Your minor department will approve the minor.
GRADUATION WITH HONORS
Students may graduate with honors if they complete at least 45 credits at Rutgers University as a matriculated student and earn cumulative grade point averages of: Cum Laude– 3.50, Magna Cum Laude – 3.75, Summa Cum Laude – 3.90. Honors classifications are determined at the end of the student’s last semester. These averages are precise; rounding up is not done. Honors graduates may purchase red cords from the Bookstore to wear at Commencement. Honors designations are noted on the diploma, the transcript and the Commencement Program.
SENIOR PORTRAITS
This is your ABSOLUTE LAST CHANCE to be photographed for senior portraits.
Senior Portraits for the 2013 Class Composite will be during the week of February 25th. It is important that you schedule your appointment now by logging onto WWW.OURYEAR.COM and entering school code 34. Portraits will be held on campus in the South C Conference Room – Campus Center (located on the lower level).
You can also call 1-800-OUR-YEAR™ (687-9327), during normal business hours, to schedule an appointment. When you schedule your appointment, you will receive complete information on how to prepare for your portrait sitting.

BOOKSTORE
Barnes & Noble will be holding its annual Graduation Fair, March 26th-28th. Regalia will be available for purchase as well as class rings and graduation announcements. Rutgers diploma frames will be 10% for the entire week of March 25th. Representatives from Herff Jones, the class ring supplier, will be available from 11am-6pm to answer any questions about sizing and ordering. The Class of 2013 T-shirt will make its debut the week of the 25th and be available for sale.

FINANCIAL AID
Students who received a Federal Loan while at Rutgers, are required to complete an Exit Interview. This can be completed on-line at http://www.studentabc.rutgers.edu/exits . Failure to complete this requirement will result in a financial hold placed on the transcript. To obtain a complete listing of all Federal loans received at Rutgers and any other school, visit www.nslds.ed.gov
